University of Stellenbosch "Hacked Dialogue " (Feb 08)

This workshop was run with the intention of showing fine art students the tools and skills necessary for creating sound installations. The primary technical skill learnt involved doing a basic hack of a cheap computer monitor speaker system to make it more useful for installation use. The work on the speaker system was interspersed with a series of content generation exercises - the most successful being "Advanced Broken Telephone".
